Bangkok Coworking Spaces with Pools & Rooftops 2026

Work with a view — and cool off between calls.

Standard coworking spaces with fluorescent lights and corporate furniture exist everywhere. Bangkok goes further. In a city where the temperature rarely drops below 30 degrees and the skyline is spectacular, several coworking spaces have added swimming pools, rooftop terraces, and open-air work areas to their offerings. Here are the best coworking spaces in Bangkok that let you take a swim break or work with a skyline view in 2026.

    Greenhouse Thonglor

Greenhouse is the coworking space that Bangkok digital nomads mention first when you ask about pools. Located in the heart of Thonglor, one of Bangkok's trendiest neighborhoods, Greenhouse combines a professional workspace with resort-like amenities.

The coworking area features comfortable desks, private meeting rooms, and a café. WiFi consistently tests at 200 to 300 Mbps. But the real draw is the outdoor area with a swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants and comfortable loungers. You can work poolside on a laptop, take a dip when you need a break, and return to your desk refreshed.

Day pass: 450 THB. Monthly membership: 5,900 THB. The day pass includes pool access, WiFi, and coffee. Located near BTS Thong Lo, making it accessible from anywhere on the Sukhumvit line.

Best for: people who want a resort work environment without the resort price tag.

    AIS Design Centre (AIS D.C.)

AIS Design Centre at Emquartier mall (BTS Phrom Phong) is one of Bangkok's most underrated workspaces. It occupies a floor within the mall and offers a design-focused environment with excellent WiFi (backed by AIS, one of Thailand's major telecoms), comfortable seating, and a curated library of design and business books.

While it does not have a pool, the appeal is the rooftop garden of Emquartier itself, which features an extraordinary tropical garden on the upper floors with walking paths, water features, and views of the Sukhumvit skyline. You can work in the design centre, take a break in the rooftop garden, and grab food from the excellent food court downstairs.

Day pass: 200 THB (one of the best deals in Bangkok). Monthly: 2,500 THB. WiFi: 100 to 200 Mbps. Power outlets at every seat.

Best for: budget-conscious workers who want a premium environment.

    The Hive Thonglor

The Hive is an established coworking chain with several Bangkok locations, and the Thonglor branch stands out for its rooftop terrace. The workspace occupies a multi-story building with hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices across the lower floors, while the rooftop offers an open-air working and socializing area with views over Thonglor.

The community aspect is strong here. The Hive hosts regular networking events, workshops, and social gatherings that help combat the isolation of remote work. The crowd skews toward startup founders and freelancers, making it good for professional connections.

Day pass: 350 THB. Monthly hot desk: 4,500 THB. WiFi: 150 to 250 Mbps. Meeting rooms bookable by the hour.

Best for: networkers and community-oriented workers.

    Hubba-TO (Hubba Thailand)

Hubba was one of Bangkok's original coworking spaces and has evolved into a network of locations. The Ekkamai branch offers a rooftop area that doubles as an event space. The interior workspace is well-designed with plenty of natural light, standing desk options, and phone booth pods for calls.

Hubba leans into the startup ecosystem and frequently hosts pitch events, hackathons, and tech meetups. If you are building a business rather than just freelancing, the Hubba community can provide valuable connections to the Bangkok tech scene.

Day pass: 300 THB. Monthly: 4,000 THB. WiFi: 100 to 200 Mbps. Free coffee and tea.

Best for: tech workers and startup founders.

    WANA Bangkok

WANA Bangkok in the Ari neighborhood combines coworking, coliving, and lifestyle amenities in one building. The coworking space itself is modern and well-equipped, but the standout feature is the rooftop pool and terrace with views over the Ari neighborhood toward the Bangkok skyline.

Residents who take coliving packages get 24-hour access to the pool and workspace. Day pass visitors can use the coworking area during business hours with pool access included. The Ari location means you are surrounded by excellent cafés and restaurants for lunch breaks.

Day pass: 400 THB including pool access. Monthly coworking: 5,500 THB. Coliving packages from 15,000 THB per month including accommodation and workspace. WiFi: 200 to 300 Mbps.

Best for: nomads who want coworking and coliving integrated.

    Comparing WiFi Speeds and Reliability

All five spaces offer WiFi suitable for video calls and standard remote work. In testing:

    • Greenhouse Thonglor: 200 to 300 Mbps, very reliable
    • AIS D.C.: 100 to 200 Mbps, excellent reliability (telecoms company backing)
    • The Hive: 150 to 250 Mbps, occasional congestion during peak hours
    • Hubba: 100 to 200 Mbps, reliable
    • WANA: 200 to 300 Mbps, reliable

For video-intensive work (constant Zoom calls, streaming), Greenhouse and WANA offer the most consistent speeds. For standard work with occasional calls, all five perform well.

Day Pass vs Monthly: When to Commit

If you plan to cowork more than 10 days per month, a monthly membership saves money at all five locations. For 5 to 10 days, calculate based on the specific space. Under 5 days, day passes make more sense.

Many spaces offer free trial days or heavily discounted first-week rates. Take advantage of these to test before committing monthly.

    Tips for Coworking in Bangkok

    • Bring a light jacket or sweater as air conditioning in coworking spaces is often aggressive
    • Arrive before 10 AM for the best seat selection
    • Bring headphones for calls as open-plan spaces get noisy
    • Check if printing is included or costs extra
    • Ask about after-hours access if you work unusual schedules
    • Most spaces offer locker storage for monthly members
    • Poolside laptop use requires shade awareness since screens are hard to read in direct sunlight
